Being alone and a female he explained everything clearly and made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of!!! My son and I picked out his first car at Jim's. Dave was very helpful during a pouring rain to set us up on 4 different test drives. Dave was there to answer questions we had about the vehicles but gave my son and I space to make a decision. Very happy with the vehicle we selected. Got a better vehicle than we thought we would but stayed within budget. Paperwork was easy and we were done within a half hour or so.
